Weight gain, exhaustion, night sweats, mood swings, brain fog…

Was this really our new normal?

Our perimenopause experience brought along inconsistent sleep and sheet soaking night sweats, causing us to feel tired and defeated nearly every day. Combine that lack of sleep with our unexplainable mood swings, cravings, and WEIGHT GAIN and we knew something had to change.
We read everything we could to uncover the root cause of our symptoms, and finally opened up to our close female friends.
Surprisingly, we all had similar complaints.
This got us thinking about a way to address our collective, and all too common issues.
Before discovering the exact steps we could take to regain control over our hormones, we felt so drained that all we wanted was to cancel plans, take a nap and eat salty carbs and cookies.  We snapped at our partners and were moody with each other.
We were never content and we never felt like…ourselves.
We know what it’s like to live a life that is so out of balance that it seems nearly impossible that a few simple lifestyle changes can fix it.
(Don’t get us started on the relentless cravings, heart palpitations, and the sleepless nights tossing and turning.)
BUT NOW….
We live healthy, balanced, vibrant lives that allow us to feel better than we have in years, have a thriving business, and connect in a meaningful way with our partners.

Hi, We’re Melaina & Amybeth

We help busy, ambitious women naturally repair their hormones so they can go from surviving to thriving during perimenopause and beyond.

We are the creators of Healthy Balanced Hormones, a program designed to empower you to look and feel your best without spending hours in the kitchen or gym, even if you have a crazy, busy life!

Finally, you can have the body, energy, and confidence you desire and deserve.
